Today we wanted to bring the focus onto Blue Cheese and Swiss! Both of these cheeses are strong tasting options that add a tasty, flavorful pop to your burger!

Blue Cheese

Swiss

The light and buttery flavor of Swiss cheese is perfect for hamburgers. This hard, artisan cheese melts flawlessly to cover every inch of the burger’s surface. The slightly nutty aspect to the flavor brings out the burgers subtle taste factors so even basic ground beef tastes like something special.

Swiss cheese originated in Switzerland (surprise!). Today, its more of a generic term for a variety of cheeses that resemble the original. The typically delicious way to top a Swiss cheeseburger is with mushrooms and onions.
